My name is Lynda Naji, I am of British Nationality but I have spent a lot of my life living and working overseas in the Field of healthcare management. Currently, I have over two decades of senior-level expertise in this field. I've had the privilege of being associated with some of the most prestigious and renowned hospitals abroad and I am currently working in a senior leadership role at a well-known and prestigious national UK healthcare group, where I also head the Patient experience programs.

My extensive knowledge in healthcare leadership and Management, coupled with my ever-growing passion for people-centred care and an in-depth understanding of the patient journey, inspired me to curate healthcare administration courses with an emphasis on people-centred care. Throughout my career, I've recognised the importance of universally applicable knowledge that transcends borders. It's become evident that there are only a few courses addressing the patient experience, very few of which are accredited. Moreover, those who are accredited tend to delve deeply into country-specific state laws and technicalities. Such an approach often overlooks the core principles and real-life situations that define the essence of the patient experience. Recognising this gap, I have harnessed my knowledge and professional journey to create a course that bridges this divide. This program is not only globally relevant, catering to healthcare professionals worldwide, but it also focuses on the heart of the patient experience, transcending mere technicalities. Moreover, the course is UK-accredited by ITOL providing you with credible internationally recognised qualifications.
